What is Adventourage?
Adventourage is a locally owned and family operated year-round backcountry tour guide and rental company based in Midway, Utah. We offer a variety of guided tours and rentals, including ATV/UTV tours, snowmobiles, back country skiing and snowboarding tours, electric mountian bikes, river rafting, and more.
We pride ourselves on being the most accommodating backcountry outfitter that can offer catered meals, team building and help create your best day in the mountains!
Where is Adventourage located?
Adventourage is located in Midway, Utah on site at the beautifully quaint and recently renovated Homestead Resort.

What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation vary depending on the season and the activity. Please refer to individual tour options for times and our booking calendar for our days of operation.
What is your cancellation policy?
All reservations at time of booking are 50% refundable up to one week prior to booking date. All bookings cancelled within one week of booking date are non refundable. “Definitive Large Group Bookings are non refundable. Payment in full for guaranteed reservation dates and times.”
Snowmobile Tours
What is our snowmobile tour like?
We are not nose to tail snail trail tour company…Our snowmobile tours are always private and inclusive where we get your suited and booted for a snowy great time. This hybrid tour will start you on trail and get your off trail into the powder where our expert guides really teach you how to ride!
How old do I have to be to drive a snowmobile?
We have snowmobiles for the whole family! Kids as young as 8 can drive their own snowmobile, and we offer awesome beginner snowmobiles for teens and women as well.
We can take kids younger than 8 years old as a passenger, typically no younger than 5 years old is recommended, but we give us a call and we can talk about all the options for your littles.
What should I wear for a snowmobile tour?
We don’t nickel and dime you are check out or when you show up, that is why we provide all the gear you will need in our price!
We provide monosuits, boots, gloves, helmets and goggles. We just ask all of our snowmobile guests to wear great base layers and socks. You are more than welcome to wear your own snow gear, and for groups larger than 12 we might encourage some of the group to do just that based on our monosuit availability and group sizing variability.
What is included in a snowmobile tour?
All tours include a guide, monosuits (for groups around 12 or smaller), boots, gloves, helmets, goggles, face mask, light drinks and snacks, and fuel/oil. We take media along the way and share it with the group at the end of the tour at no extra cost.
Individual tour options may include box lunches and other customizations if requested at an affordable extra cost.

BackCountry Skiing and Snowboarding Tours
How does the BC skiing and snowboarding tour work ?
Prepare for an epic backcountry skiing and snowboarding experience in the famous Utah snow! You bring the skiis and boards, and we bring you to the mountains on snowmobiles! We plan catered routes based on the group’s riding ability, and then our expert guides shuttle you to the top of the routes for the ultimate powder runs again and again!
We have taken out as young 7 years old to sweet greens and expert riders who are searching for the thrills and challenges of double blacks!
Who can come out for backcountry skiing and snowboarding?
We can cater your pow turning day to the group’s riding ability, so we have options that are family friendly and corporate ready! We recommend groups within similar riding abilities, because we plan routes based on the lowest rider’s ability to prioritize safety. So if you all ride black diamonds but decide to invite your blue route riding buddy to come along, we will be riding blues instead of blacks.
If kids are tagging along we make the day about the kids, we have taken out as young as 7 years old, so give us a call for more info about our family friendly days.
What should I wear for backcountry skiing and snowboarding tour?
We provide snowmobile helmets, transportation, ski and snowboard racks, guides and lunch. You must bring your own skiis and snowboard and skii/board helmet!
Dress for the cold, there’s no bad weather just being poorly dressed! BC skiers and boarders riders must wear warm, layered clothing, snow pants, snow jacket, boots, and gloves. Bring goggles if you have them, but we have extras. Snowboard boots welcome. Skiers should wear winter boots and bring their ski boots to be packed. We will pack your ski boots up into the mountains and have a way to warm them up once we get there. Please do not wear ski boots as primary boots.
What is included in a BC skiing and snowboarding tour?
All tours include a safe planned out guide to rider ratio, DOT snowmobile helmet, snowmobiles (for transportation and shuttling up routes), goggles, face mask, fuel/oil, and lunch.
We take media along the way and share it with the group at the end of the tour at no extra cost.

ATV/UTV Tours & Rentals
How old do I have to be to drive an ATV or UTV?
You must be 18 years old to drive an ATV or UTV. All passengers must be 5 years old or older and feel comfortable wearing a DOT approved helmet (helmet is provided). If you are renting and headed out on your own, you will need to complete your Utah OHV certification on site or prior to your parties dispatch. Can I bring my own helmet?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own helmet as long as it meets DOT standards.
What should I wear for an ATV/UTV experience?
Dress for the weather and be prepared to get dirty! ATV/ UTV riders must wear closed-toe shoes. We provide helmets and goggles.
We recommend sunblock, sunglasses, hats, sunshirts for the hot, sunny days and layers for the cooler spring and fall months.
What is included in an ATV/UTV tour?
All tours include a guide, helmet, goggles, bandanas, light drinks and snacks, and fuel. Media is also taken along the way and shared with the group at the end at no extra cost.

What is included in an ATV/UTV rental?
All rentals include a top of line CanAm side-by-side that are street legal with full windshields, a tablet to help self-guide and navigate the new by trail system, DOT helmet, goggles, and a machine and map orientation.
Electric Mountain Bike Tours
Who do you take out for guided electric mountian bike tours?
We take family, friends and companies out from all ages and with all different riding experiences from as young as 8 to as finely aged as 60s+. Electric mountain bikes are a great way to get a feel for mountain biking and to get back into biking.
Kids as young as 8 can ride with us, or younger as long as they can comfortably straddle the bike and put their feet safely on the ground. Our bike selection has great XS/Small frame options for preteens and teens all the way up to our XL frames for the giants among us.
What is the difference between a bike tour and rental ?
Bike tours include an expert guide to help you navigate the trails, coach you how to become a better rider with tips and tricks, helmet, light drinks and snacks, and media taken along the way that we share with you at the end of the tour at no extra cost.
Bike rentals include a bike, helmet, and brief bike orientation before setting out on your own adventure.
What should I wear for an electric mountain bike experience?
Dress for the weather and be prepared to get dirty!
Bike riders must wear closed-toe shoes. We provide helmets and recommend sunglasses, sunblock, and sunshirts for the hot sunny months and a couple of light layers for the cool spring and fall months.
Do we provide transportation to the routes?
All of our guided tours leave right here from the Homestead Resort, in which we do a few miles of paved before hitting the dirt where we can ride greens to blacks!
For bike rentals, most trailheads are within a short paved ride that can be ridden to, or you can transport the bikes yourselves with proper equipment.
We can offer a tailgate pad, and we also provide a shuttle service for the WOW trail if requested in advance for at a great rate.
Additional Information
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer group discounts for 10 or more people.
Can I bring my own food and drinks on a tour?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We have space on snowmobile tunnel bags in the winter and have space to throw-in coolers for CanAm side-by-sides.
Do you have any pet-friendly activities?
We love animals! Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on any of our tours or rentals for their own comfort and safety and that of our human participants.
Do you offer transportation to and from your location?
For snowmobiling we offer free transportation for parties of 6 or less. For larger groups we have partnered with Utah Transportation Network for private transportation from the Salt Lake City International Airport, Ski Resorts, Park City and other local attractions.
We do provide transportation from our location at Homestead Resort to the location of your tour and back to the resort when tour is designed that way.
